Suite Maria Helena

Maria Helena Marçal was one of the most distinguished personalities of Sertã gastronomy in the last half century. Sertã maranhos and bucho are two of the dishes which, with her determination and perseverance, she helped to perpetuate and spread in the region and throughout the country. She was responsible for introducing these delicacies to the menus of our company's restaurants.

Dona Helena's fish soup was her own creation, born out of her love for Sertã and her passion for the entire region.
